Working with PDF Maps:

To open a PDF map:
Simply double click on file to open your map in Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Within Acrobat Reader, choose File > Open, select your map file name.

Adjust the view of your PDF map:
In Adobe Acrobat, select the zoom-in tool    and click on the map to increase the magnification or draw a rectangle around the area you would like to magnify.
To decrease magnification, choose the zoom-out tool    and click anywhere on the map.

Search for text in map:
Select the search tool and enter the text you are looking for.  For example, if you would like to find out where a zip code is, use the search tool and enter the zip code.  The zip code you are searching for will be highlighted on the map.

Copying portions of you map to other applications:
Use the snapshot tool   and drag a rectangle on the area you want to copy.  Select Edit > Copy to copy the graphic to the clipboard and then paste into other applications.

Printing your map:
While your map is open, select File > Print.  In the print box, select number of copies and any other adjustments you would like to make.
